Welcome to Deckfuse! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deckfuse website (https://www.deckfuse.ai), the Deckfuse app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Deckfuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Who May Use Deckfuse

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use Deckfuse.
  • By using Deckfuse, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and placing orders.
  • Deckfuse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Use of the Service

  • You may use Deckfuse to upload images, generate personalized playing cards, and place orders for physical products.
  • You must have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any images, including images of other people or minors. If you upload images of minors, you are responsible for obtaining consent from their parent(s) or guardian(s).
  • You may not upload, share, or use content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
  • You may not use Deckfuse for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

4. Orders, Payments, and Shipping

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Payments are processed securely by our partner, Stripe. Deckfuse does not store your payment card information.
  • Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Deckfuse is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Because Deckfuse products are personalized and made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
  • If your order arrives damaged or with errors, please contact us at support@deckfuse.ai within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Order cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Deckfuse, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Deckfuse or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You retain ownership of images you upload, but you grant Deckfuse a limited license to use, process, print, and deliver your personalized cards as part of your order.
  • You may not use Deckfuse’s content, trademarks, or branding without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Deckfuse is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckfuse and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Deckfuse for the relevant order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deckfuse, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use Deckfuse after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
